order value $76.00 - $1000.00 = Free Shipping
Bulky Items over $1000.00 = $150.00 Shipping Fee
We also offer express shipping options through Australia Post. Please note that bulky items cannot be shipped via the express post method. Express Post shipping via Australia Post is only available for a maximum of up to 4kgs. Please note that this method is not a guaranteed overnight service.
For our International customers we ship via ARAMEX and our International shipping rate is a flat $30.00 AUD.

We aim to have all orders processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday - Friday. Dependant on your area, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 7 business days. Some areas that are regional, rural or remote may take longer and be subject to on forwarders which are at the discretion of our Courier company. If this is the case, we may not be privy to on forwarder tracking information due to privacy laws.
Please Note; Our courier does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES:
We request that all packages require a signature on delivery. If you will be unavailable at the estimated time of delivery, and provide an Authority to Leave permission, please leave this in the notes section of your order. If you choose to do so, please note that we will not be held reliable for any lost or stolen orders. Any request for Authority to Leave is at your own risk.
We make every effort to ensure your delivery arrives on time & intact, however some matters are beyond our control. If you feel your goods have been damaged in transit, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving the goods and phone 1300562993 or email the firstname.lastname@example.org along with your details and we will assess it on an individual basis.
If you realise that you have entered the address incorrectly and you have paid for your order, please contact email@example.com urgently as once we commence the shipment process we are unable to change it. The courier will charge you additional costs for this.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED:
To check the status and tracking of your order please enter the tracking number you receive on your shipping notification email into the relevant courier website. Of in the event you are unable to do this please contact us on 1300562993 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our courier will leave a calling card which will have details on how to collect your parcel from a collection agency near you.

If the item that you have received is not what you ordered, these may be returned to us however any use of it is deemed as acceptance by you. If your product is incorrect and needs to e returned to us it must be the product that was ordered, not old product or replaced product. If in the event you have just changed your mind on your items, after shipping and receipt by you, the goods are now your property.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Under our returns policy you may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of an acceptable quality. If you believe that there is a fault with a product that you have purchased from us, please contact us on 1300562993 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with as many details of the fault as you can. We will assess the issue and it may be replaced, if we deem it to be free of any fault it will be sent back to you. Any products that need to be returned to us must be packaged correctly as they are your responsibility until we take receipt.
